Suzanne Dubois Dawson

Suzanne Dubois Dawson, NCTM, is a professional piano teacher, published composer, and songwriter based in Albuquerque. She holds a Master of Music in Piano Performance from the University of New Mexico and has been a prominent figure in the music profession since 1978.

Suzanne’s compositions, including her celebrated Buggedy Buglets series, are published by Alfred Music and Neil A. Kjos Music Company. She has served as the commissioned composer for the New Mexico Music Teachers Association and as a regional coordinator for the Nashville Songwriters Association. Her teaching emphasizes healthy technique and deep musical understanding for students of all ages.
